What are your shipping rates?
We offer a Flat Rate shipping cost of $6.99 on orders under $69. For orders over $69 (and under 5 lbs), we offer FREE shipping!
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Our estimated delivery times assume orders are placed before 1:30 PM (EST). Orders placed after 1:30 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
What is your return policy?
You have 15 calendar days after the delivery date to contact us and return the product. Returned merchandise should include the original vendor packaging and tags and be in the same unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition you received it. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Are there fees associated with returns?
Yes. All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling fees that you paid on the order.
Are there specific items that cannot be returned?
Certain categories have strict return conditions. Wigs must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with the original tags attached (NO EXCEPTIONS). Barber and styling supplies must be returned in new condition with all accessories, manuals, and without any hair or chemical residue. Chemicals must be unopened.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or leaking item, please contact Joe's Beauty customer service within 24 hours of arrival. The item must be returned in the original packaging with all parts included.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] immediately after placing your order. Since we aim to process orders quickly, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched.
