Product Warranty Policy
Important information about store warranties, manufacturer warranties, product registration, and warranty support.

Important Warranty Notice
Joe’s Beauty Supply, Inc. does not provide, issue, or administer its own product warranty for the merchandise it sells.
Certain products may include a separate warranty provided directly by the product’s manufacturer, distributor, brand owner, or other third-party warranty provider. Any such warranty is offered and administered solely by that provider and is subject to its own terms, conditions, limitations, registration requirements, and claim procedures.
No Joe’s Beauty Product Warranty
Joe’s Beauty Supply, Inc., also referred to on this page as “Joe’s Beauty,” is a retailer of beauty products, barber tools, styling appliances, haircare products, wigs, extensions, accessories, cosmetics, and related merchandise.
Joe’s Beauty does not provide a separate store warranty covering the repair, replacement, performance, durability, or continued operation of products purchased from us.
The sale of a product by Joe’s Beauty does not mean that Joe’s Beauty has adopted, extended, or assumed responsibility for a warranty offered by a manufacturer, distributor, brand, or other third party.
Manufacturer and Vendor Warranties
Some products sold by Joe’s Beauty may be covered by a limited warranty offered by the manufacturer, distributor, brand owner, or another authorized warranty provider. Not every product includes a warranty.
When a vendor warranty is available, the length of coverage, covered defects, exclusions, required documentation, available remedies, repair procedures, replacement procedures, and associated costs are determined entirely by the warranty provider.
Warranty information may be provided through:
- A warranty card or registration form inside the package.
- Instructions printed on the product packaging, label, manual, receipt, or enclosed documentation.
- The manufacturer’s or brand’s official website.
- An online warranty registration page or customer support portal.
- Information included on the applicable product page when available.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and following the vendor’s warranty terms and instructions. The existence of a manufacturer name, brand name, warranty card, or registration form does not guarantee that a warranty claim will be approved.
Warranty Registration
If the product packaging, product documentation, or manufacturer’s website includes a warranty registration form, the customer should complete the registration accurately and within the time required by the warranty provider.
Failure to register the product, retain proof of purchase, provide a serial number, or follow another required procedure may affect warranty eligibility.
Customers should retain copies of all warranty-related documentation, including:
- The Joe’s Beauty order confirmation or purchase receipt.
- The product’s original packaging.
- The product model and serial numbers.
- The warranty card or registration confirmation.
- Photographs or videos showing the reported problem.
- Emails or claim numbers received from the warranty provider.
How to Request Vendor Warranty Service
Customers seeking warranty service should contact the manufacturer, distributor, brand owner, or warranty provider named in the product’s documentation.
Review the Warranty
Read the warranty card, product manual, packaging, and online warranty terms to confirm whether the product and reported issue may qualify.
Complete Registration
Submit any required product registration form within the warranty provider’s stated registration period.
Contact the Provider
Contact the manufacturer or warranty provider directly using the phone number, email address, website, or support portal listed in the warranty materials.
Provide Documentation
Be prepared to provide proof of purchase, the order number, model and serial numbers, photographs, and a description of the problem.
What Joe’s Beauty Can and Cannot Do
Joe’s Beauty May Assist With
- Providing a copy of your Joe’s Beauty order information when available.
- Confirming the product name, order date, and order number.
- Directing you to manufacturer contact information when that information is reasonably available to us.
- Reviewing a separate return request under our applicable Return Policy.
Joe’s Beauty Cannot
- Approve or deny a manufacturer warranty claim.
- Change, extend, or override a vendor’s warranty terms.
- Guarantee that a manufacturer will repair or replace a product.
- Perform repairs under a manufacturer’s warranty.
- Guarantee reimbursement of labor, shipping, parts, or other warranty-related expenses.
- Accept a product for manufacturer warranty service without separate authorization.
Returns Are Different From Warranty Claims
A manufacturer warranty claim is separate from a return, refund, or exchange request made to Joe’s Beauty.
Returns and exchanges are subject to Joe’s Beauty’s Return Policy, including its eligibility requirements, product-condition requirements, exclusions, and applicable time limits. The existence of a manufacturer warranty does not automatically make a product eligible for return to Joe’s Beauty.
Products that have been used, altered, installed, repaired, registered, damaged, or returned without authorization may not qualify for a store return, even when the manufacturer offers warranty coverage.
A damaged shipment, incorrect item, missing item, or product that appears defective immediately upon delivery should be reported to Joe’s Beauty customer service promptly. Reporting an issue does not guarantee a refund or replacement; the request will be reviewed under the applicable order, shipping, and return policies.
Do not mail or deliver a product to Joe’s Beauty for warranty service without prior written authorization. Unauthorized shipments may be refused or returned to the sender.
Possible Warranty Limitations
Vendor warranty terms vary. Depending on the provider, warranty coverage may be limited or unavailable for conditions such as:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product operation.
- Improper use, storage, maintenance, or cleaning.
- Accidental damage, impact, water exposure, or overheating.
- Use with an incorrect voltage, outlet, adapter, or accessory.
- Commercial or professional use when not covered.
- Modification, tampering, or repair by an unauthorized person.
- Damage caused by failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Consumable parts, blades, foils, batteries, cords, accessories, or attachments.
- Products without valid proof of purchase, serial numbers, or required registration.
- Products purchased outside an authorized territory or sales channel.
This list is provided only as general guidance. The actual warranty terms issued by the applicable warranty provider will control.
Proof of Purchase
Many warranty providers require dated proof of purchase. Customers should keep their Joe’s Beauty receipt, order confirmation, and invoice for the duration of any applicable warranty period.
A Joe’s Beauty receipt confirms the purchase transaction. It does not create a Joe’s Beauty product warranty or guarantee that a third-party warranty claim will be accepted.
Marketplace Purchases
For a purchase made through a third-party marketplace, customers should follow the order, return, and warranty procedures displayed in the marketplace account associated with that purchase.
Marketplace policies, deadlines, and remedies may differ from the policies applicable to purchases made directly through www.joesbeauty.com .
Vendor Decisions and Expenses
All decisions concerning warranty eligibility, product inspection, repair, replacement, available remedies, and claim approval are made by the applicable warranty provider.
Shipping charges, inspection fees, labor charges, replacement-part costs, and other expenses connected with a warranty request are governed by the vendor’s warranty terms. Joe’s Beauty is not responsible for those expenses unless Joe’s Beauty has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Applicable Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides a customer with rights in addition to a manufacturer’s written warranty, those rights will continue to apply according to that law.
Updates to This Policy
Joe’s Beauty may update or amend this Warranty Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
The policy in effect at the time a request is submitted will be reviewed together with the order details, applicable return policies, vendor warranty terms, and applicable law.
