1. Online Shopping

• We take care to ensure that all prices, pictures, and descriptions of products on our website are correct.
• We've made every effort to accurately display the appearance, colors, textures, or finishes of our products.
• However, what you see can depend on your monitor and computer equipment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that product images are an exact representation of the actual items.
• If you are unhappy with your purchase, please refer to our Returns Policy.
• Occasionally, the Joes Beauty website may be unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. We will not be liable if the website is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may also sometimes restrict access to parts or all of the website.

2. Order Processing

• Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option you select.
• We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. (For example, if you place your order on Monday, it should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday.)
• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
• All orders you place on this website are subject to acceptance according to these Terms and Conditions.
• We may not accept your order for several reasons, including (but not limited to):
  • The product you ordered is out of stock.
  • We are unable to get authorization for your payment.
  • We have identified an error in pricing or product description.
  • There is a system or procurement failure.
• When you place an order on our website, we will email you an order confirmation detailing the products you ordered and the payment method used.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your payment has cleared, we will process your order.
• You will receive a confirmation email with the courier's name and a tracking number link as soon as your order has shipped.
• Please allow 1 to 2 days for tracking information to appear. Sometimes tracking information doesn't update immediately, but you will still receive your order.

• We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
• Please double-check your shipping address when ordering. We work hard to process and ship orders quickly, so there's a very limited time to cancel or change your order or shipping address.
• If you need to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] immediately after placing your order.
• We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee we'll be able to, due to varying time limits.

4. Order Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact the Joes Beauty Customer Service team at [email protected].
• Since we aim to process orders quickly, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched.

• We only accept payment for orders in US Dollars.
