Most items sold on Joes Beauty may be returned, with some exceptions (see non-returnable items below), within 15 days after the date of purchase if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.

Return requirements for items eligible to return

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your Joe's Beauty order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

  • Please keep the packing slip with your return.
  • Wigs

    Wigs must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached. Wigs will be inspected for any evidence of washing, bleaching, cutting, or other alteration or damage. If the items arrive to you damaged within 15 days of arrival, not due to customers misuse please contact us immediately and return the item in the original packaging with all parts included. We will inspect the product upon arrival. If the product is tampered or missing parts, detached from the original packaging, or damaged, then the return will be rejected.

    Barber and styling supplies

    Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original branded boxes and all accessories (e.g., chargers guards, manuals). Machines should be return without any hair or chemical residue. If the items arrive to you damaged or did not work upon arrival, or malfunctioning within 15 days of arrival, not due to customers misuse please contact us immediately and return the item in the original packaging with all parts included. We will inspect and test the product upon arrival. If the product is tampered or missing parts, manual, or the original packaging is damaged, then the return will be rejected.

    Chemicals

    Chemicals should be return unopened. If you receive the item leaking please contact us immediately and return the item in the original packaging with all parts included.

    All accessories and jewelry

    Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached.

    Quality check for returns

    • When the return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and test it to ensure it is eligible to return and meets the applicable return requirements listed above, if the item is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund.
    • If our inspection finds that the returned item is not eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund.
    • If the return item is rejected, we will send the item back to you at the same address that was specified in the original order and will deduct its return shipping fee from the amount of refund of other item(s) returned in the same order, if any.
    • Currently, the return shipping fee for sending the rejected-return item to you is $6.99, and we reserve the right to adjust this fee.
    • In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-return item, instead of sending it back to you.
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Joes Beauty customer service within 24 hours of the item being received.

    Return shipping fee

    • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Your order must be shipped with tracking information method as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdirected returns
    • If a return label is requested we will deduct a shipping fee of $6.99 from your refund, and we reserve the right to adjust this fee

    Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued only after the item, returned within 15 days after the purchase date, and it has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.
    • For products that are returned and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    • The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
    • We can not be held responsible if your bank have a delay in processing the transaction back to your account.

    Items Send Back To Sender Or Refused

    If the item is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we will send the item back to you at the new address that was specified and will deduct its return shipping fee. Currently, the return shipping fee for sending the item to you is $6.99, and we reserve the right to adjust this fee.

    If the package is refused we reserve the rights to charge a 10% restocking fee as well as the amount paid for shipping.

    Restocking fee

    All returns are subject to a

    25% restocking fee

    this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
