Important: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order, regardless of the shipping option you select.
While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed.
Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday) only.
Our estimated delivery times assume orders are placed before 1:30 PM (EST). Orders placed after 1:30 PM (EST) on a Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will begin processing on the following Monday.

Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available on orders over $69+ with a total weight of less than 5 lbs.
To prevent misuse of this offer, placing multiple separate orders to avoid shipping charges is not permitted. If multiple orders are placed to bypass shipping fees, we will calculate the applicable shipping cost and contact you for authorization to charge your credit card.
If shipping authorization is not approved, the separate orders will not be shipped, and a refund will be issued for those orders. This policy is in place to ensure fair use of our free shipping offer.

Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your Joe's Beauty order! If you're not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept timely returns of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, or defective.
Please note:
- Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.
- Returned merchandise should include the original vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition you received it.
- A restocking fee of 25% applies to eligible returns.
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of when you received it.

Returning Merchandise by Mail
On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for your return and whether you'd like to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (based on your original payment method).
Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). If you are returning restricted items (e.g., aerosols, flammable materials), they must be returned using ground transportation only.
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for Joe's Beauty to process your return after we receive it.
