Return Timeline

You will have 15 calendar days after the delivery date to contact us and return the product.

Return Requirements for Eligible Items

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your Joe's Beauty order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

  • If you contacted us for your return and we came to an agreement, please make sure to mention the agreement on the packing slip. If there is nothing written on the packing slip, we cannot be held responsible for not following specific agreements outside of our standard return policy. Once the return is processed, no adjustments to the return amount will be made based on unnoted prior agreements.
  • Please ensure the packing slip is included with your return.

Category-Specific Return Conditions

Wigs

Important Notice for Wigs: NO EXCEPTIONS.

Wigs must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition, and have the original tags attached. Wigs will be inspected for any evidence of washing, bleaching, cutting, or other alteration or damage.

If items arrive damaged (not due to customer misuse), please contact us within 24 hours of arrival and return the item in the original packaging with all parts included.

We will inspect the product upon arrival. If the product is tampered with, missing parts, detached from the original packaging, or damaged due to misuse, the return will be rejected.

Barber and Styling Supplies

Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original branded boxes and all accessories (e.g., chargers, guards, manuals). Machines should be returned without any hair or chemical residue.

If items arrive damaged, did not work upon arrival, or are malfunctioning (not due to customer misuse), please contact us within 24 hours of arrival and return the item in the original packaging with all parts included.

We will inspect and test the product upon arrival. If the product is tampered with, missing parts or manuals, or if the original packaging is damaged, the return will be rejected.

Chemicals

Chemicals should be returned unopened.

If you receive an item leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival and return the item in the original packaging with all parts included.

All Accessories and Jewelry

Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached.

Quality Check for Returns

  • When the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and test it to ensure it is eligible for return and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item is eligible, we will issue a refund.
  • If our inspection finds that the returned item is not eligible or does not meet the return requirements, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund.
  • If the return/exchange item is rejected, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to have the item sent back to them.
  • Currently, the return shipping fee for sending a rejected-return item back to you is $8.99. We reserve the right to adjust this fee.
  • In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a partial or full refund on a rejected-return item instead of sending it back to you.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Joe's Beauty customer service within 24 hours of the item being received.

Return Shipping Fee

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Your return must be shipped using a method with tracking information, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdirected returns.
  • If a return label is requested from us, a shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to adjust this fee.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after the item has been returned within 15 days of the delivery date, received at our warehouse, and passed our quality check.
  • For products that are returned and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
  • We cannot be held responsible if your bank has a delay in processing the transaction back to your account.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for wigs, barber supplies, and styling tools.
  • All exchanged wigs must be returned in new, unopened, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition, with the original tags attached. If not in this condition, the exchange will be rejected.
  • All exchanged barber supplies and styling tools must be returned in new, unopened, unworn, undamaged condition with the original branded boxes and all accessories. If not in this condition, the exchange will be rejected.

Items Sent Back to Sender or Refused

If an item is returned to sender because of an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you. If you wish for the item to be resent to a new address, you will be responsible for its return shipping fee. Currently, this reshipment fee is $8.99, and we reserve the right to adjust this fee.

If a package is refused by the recipient, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee as well as the original amount paid for shipping.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Processing Time

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for Joe's Beauty to process your return after it has been received.
